**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pain and Suffering Case Manager to join our team. As a Staff Attorney Legal, you will be responsible for managing claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents related to personal injury cases.
**Responsibilities:**
- Research case law and gather evidence relevant to the case, including insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other documentation.
- Represent clients at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation proceedings.
- Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system.
**Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation on the plaintiff's side.
- A strong background in litigation with a proven record of success in personal injury cases.
