Job Description: Provide high-quality patient care in an urgent care setting, working closely with physicians to evaluate and treat moderately ill adult and pediatric patients. Perform procedures such as I&D's, suturing, and LP's as needed. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and medical history.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Must have completed an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Training Program and received certification. Minimum two years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in reading radiographs and dispensing medication. Current Alaska License and DEA license required. Proficient in computerized medical records and able to practice medicine in the area of specialty.
