- Drive continuous improvement through the leadership and execution of activities originating from KPIs, directed at accomplishing measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Ensure staffing and equipment readiness for effective execution of manufacturing schedules.
- Work closely with Engineering and Maintenance to monitor process performance. Initiates corrective and preventive actions to minimize unplanned downtime or resolve process or material issues.
- Identify CI opportunities and leads JDI, Kaizen, and small-to-medium size projects in support of the plant's CI/VCP goals.
