Responsibilities
- Lead the off-site team on R2R processes, providing guidance and direction as needed.
- Manage Oracle General Ledger, including setup and configuration.
- Oversight of month-end close process, including account reconciliations.
- Process improvement initiatives to enhance operations efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
- At least 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
- Leadership and project management experience preferred.
