Key Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee quality control and quality control plans on contract
- Generate and maintain inspection procedures and standards on contract
- Perform tests and inspections of components, systems, and subsystems
- Apply technical knowledge and inspection data to perform root-cause analysis and trend analysis
- Manage disposition of and implement corrective action as needed
Requirements
- Experience performing quality control on electronic assemblies
- Certification in IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies, IPC-A-620 Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies, NASA-Std-8739.2 Surface Mount Technology, NASA-Std-8739.3 Solder Electrical connections, NASA-STd-8739.4 Crimping, Interconnecting Cables, Harness and Wiring
- Mandatory Secret clearance
