The position of Table Games Dual-Rate Dealer/Floor Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This role involves providing prompt, accurate, and courteous dealing service to players in accordance with standard procedures while maintaining the integrity of the game.
Responsibilities
- Provides superior customer service, positively affects interactions with customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions.
- Explains aspects of various games to gaming patrons and processes all cash while maintaining proper handling and accounting for assigned property items.
- Maintains familiarity with other gaming and entertainment/service activities for casino patrons to provide information and correct answers to questions.
- Familiarity with standards, policies, and procedures, including general policies and procedures of the Table Games Department.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in dealing blackjack, craps, roulette, and any other required games acquired through training or experience.
- Able to perform basic mathematical functions and obtain and maintain all appropriate licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
