Job Description:
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders, driving business results, and fostering relationships within the organization.
You will partner with business leaders to execute key talent management processes, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, promotions, change leadership, and organizational design and development.
Requirements:
- BS or AA degree in Human Resources or Business Management
- 3 years of related experience in Human Resources
- Solid analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday) is beneficial
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
