Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
The Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process of the company and helping their team fulfill hiring goals. The successful candidate will work with various departments to understand their hiring needs and create a recruitment plan to attract and hire top talent. The Specialist will manage the hiring process from beginning to end, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both the company and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies and processes that align with the company goals and values
- Write job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the required skills and qualifications
- Post job openings on company website, job boards, and other recruitment channels
- Source, screen and interview candidates using effective methods to assess their skills and qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct reference and background checks on selected candidates
- Negotiate job offers with selected candidates.
- Manage the candidate's experience and ensure a positive impression of the company.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate information, and job postings.
- Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience using recruitment tools such as job boards, applicant tracking systems, and social
media.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
