**Job Description:
This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences while executing key responsibilities in transaction processing, document verification, and account management.
Main Functions:
- Process and manage daily cash/non-cash transactions with precision and speed.
- Accurately accept and process loan payments, federal tax deposits, and other customer-submitted items.
- Offer exceptional customer service across all departments and functions related to customer transactions and account services.
- Conduct essential tasks like daily branch cash recap, vault register, and operational working supply verification.
- Assist with ATM balancing, night deposit, Bank by mail, carrier process, and other assigned duties as needed.
- Coordinate account opening/maintenance/renewal/closing processes and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service within the branch banking industry or a related field.
- Thorough understanding of banking products and procedures, including teller policies and laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in cash handling.
- Familiarity with basic PC applications and e-Banking systems.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred).
