FP&A Analyst

We’re looking for a sharp, motivated FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team. This is a great role for someone who’s analytical, curious, and comfortable working with both numbers and data. If you enjoy digging into financial performance, working cross-functionally, and connecting the dots between systems, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do:

· Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

· Analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow) to identify trends, variances, and opportunities

· Build and maintain financial models to support planning, decision-making, and growth initiatives

· Partner with operational teams to deliver insights through ad-hoc analyses and dashboards

· Help connect data across systems, assisting in the development of processes to ensure accurate, efficient data flow

· Work with data from NetSuite, Power BI, and Excel — and understand how information moves between systems (e.g., via joins, imports, ETL processes, etc.)

· Create presentations and reports that help leaders understand performance and drive strategy

Who We’re Looking For:

· Someone comfortable in a fast-paced, growing organization — self-motivated, proactive, and confident navigating ambiguity or working independently when needed

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field

· 2–3 years of experience in a financial analyst or FP&A role

· Solid understanding of financial statements and how the numbers interrelate

· Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic, etc.)

· Understanding of how data connects across systems (joins, transformations, etc.)

· Familiarity with Power Query, SQL basics, or Power BI is a big plus

· Experience with NetSuite (especially Planning & Budgeting) is preferred

Location & Collaboration:

This role is expected to be based in the Minneapolis, MN area, where many of our finance and operations team members are located. That said, we work across multiple regions and value strong communicators who thrive with clear expectations, regular check-ins, and a shared focus on outcomes.
