RCM Project Manager

The RCM Project Manager plays a crucial role in driving the success of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team by leading and managing key projects and workflows. This position reports directly to the RCM Director and works in close collaboration with various leaders across the organization.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably in a dental office setting.
• Proficiency in dental billing software (e.g., Open Dental) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, coding (CDT), and insurance claims processes for pediatric dentistry.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credentials are a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Revenue Cycle Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement a cohesive revenue cycle strategy that aligns with the BeBright platform's goals.
• Project Management: Lead multiple RCM projects, which include but are not limited to:
  • Researching and implementing new software solutions, including AI-driven technologies.
  • Developing, refining, and maintaining standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Driving continuous process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives across the organization.
• Accounts Receivable Reporting: Establish a comprehensive platform-wide Accounts Receivable reporting structure that ensures compliance with SOPs and supports decision-making processes.
• Integration Support: Assist in the integration of new acquisitions and systems within the RCM team, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to best practices.
