Global RCM Leadership:
We are seeking a highly experienced Revenue Cycle Management professional to lead our global vendor strategy and performance function. This role will involve partnering with Enterprise Procurement to select and manage preferred RCM partners, leading the partnership, innovation, and day-to-day oversight of performance of our largest strategic revenue cycle management and technology partners serving our various Optum Health markets globally.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement vendor strategies that align with company policies and meet regulatory requirements across multiple regions
• Collaborate with market leaders and finance leaders in various regions to ensure vendor strategies are tailored to local needs and customer demands
• Work closely with Optum compliance to ensure all vendor agreements align with company policies and meet regulatory requirements
