Real Estate Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate, eager to learn, and capable of working independently. The position offers opportunities to gain hands-on experience in the industry while contributing to our mission of serving clients effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Transport and place real estate signs, lock boxes, and marketing materials at various locations as needed.
• Prepare, address, and mail approximately 200 postcards monthly.
• Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts and ensuring consistency across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Assist with creating and distributing marketing materials.
• Maintain organization of marketing and client-related tasks.
• Provide general support for real estate operations and projects.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in using major social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Enthusiasm for learning about the real estate industry.
• Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks as priorities shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate, marketing, or related fields.
• Familiarity with real estate tools and software (optional but a plus).
