As the Manager of Learning and Development (L&D) at BPMI, you will be responsible for leading a team of Learning and Development Specialists, who manage all activities in support of learning and talent development within the organization.

As the Manager of Learning and Development (L&D) at BPMI, you will be responsible for leading a team of Learning and Development Specialists, who manage all activities in support of learning and talent development within the organization.
Essential Duties:
- Partners with key stakeholders across the organization to gain an understanding of their needs and translate business requirements and objectives to L&D programs.
- Develops effective and leading-edge learning strategies that align with company priorities, improve performance, drive business outcomes, and engages the modern learner.
- Monitors and establishes metrics to ensure L&D efforts and results are efficiently and effectively meeting the business needs of the organization.
- Sets priorities for the L&D team to ensure project completion and makes decisions based on team objectives, as well as company and department priorities, policies and procedures.
- Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, project plans, and performance goals.
- Leads the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Instructional Designer(s) to ensure trainings are modern and of high quality and then, provides feedback to continually enhance programs and optimize the learning experience according to best practices.
- Oversees the design and implementation of creative learning and talent development programs including the review and approval of content, courses, and curricula in a variety of delivery methods.
- Oversees cross-functional trainers and SMEs to assist with their training facilitation, while ensuring the quality and consistency of training.
- Monitors and assess training courses and curricula by observing, auditing, and reviewing survey feedback to measure learning success and effectiveness.
- Oversees the Learning Management System (LMS) to monitor training plans and employee attendance and completion.
- Manages the delivery of a broad scope of talent development and leadership programs to meet strategic objectives and succession planning needs.
- Oversees and facilitates the use of various people-development assessments and coaching tools.
- Leads the design and execution of learning programs for technical, leadership, and management topics to meet career development objectives for the company. Provides recommendations and implements solutions on learning and development matters.
- Reviews and approves recommendations for learning and development related Operating Instructions and Policy Documents.
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management. Consults with, counsels, and advises management on complex issues.
- Conducts industry scan and incorporates innovative best practices into internal programs.
- Facilitates leadership workshops and learning solutions and identifies suitable technologies and/or delivery modalities to meet business and talent development needs.

- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Management/Administration, Organizational Development or equivalent degree from an accredited college or university.
- A minimum of six (6) years of relevant Learning and/or Organizational Development work experience. An advanced degree or HR certification may be considered in lieu of one year of experience.
- Fourteen (14) or more years of completed education and/or relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational and years of experience requirements.
- Requires a security clearance; however, all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy security clearance is required.
- Professional certification in area of functional expertise is strongly recommended including but not limited to certifications to deliver training content and/or administer assessments.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience using the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems.

Salary : $173,316 - $1,137,000
