Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC/R equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welders to perform necessary repairs and installations.
- Design and implement efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used for each job.
- Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to safety regulations.
Skills
- Proficient in air conditioning systems and HVAC/R principles.
- Experience in field service operations related to HVAC systems.
- Ability to drive a van safely and efficiently to various job locations.
- Knowledge of welding techniques for metal repairs as needed.
- Familiarity with electrical components and the use of an ohmmeter for diagnostics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design effective solutions for HVAC challenges.
- Understanding of plumbing systems as they relate to HVAC installations is a plus.
