Job Description:
The Raving Fans Support team member ensures that the customer is always the priority. The focus of the position is to create an environment in the retail store that is unique and ensures that our consumers expectations are exceeded. In addition, supporting the store in such a way that you create Raving Fans of your team mates as well. Time will be spent preparing the store to achieve its goals and ensure the overall ambiance represents all parts of the company vision. Knowledge and application of our sales process is necessary. This individual works under the Store Team Leader. Success in this position will be demonstrated by consistent representation of company Core Values that lead to exceptional customer experiences resulting in store goals being achieved and positive reputation growing.
Requirements:
*Conduct Business in keeping with Beck’s Shoes Core Values
*Create Raving Fans of the store and by extension the company
*Support all store team members in such a way that they create Raving Fans experiences for customers
*Measure and fit customers properly
*Explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications
*Maintain outstanding store standards and visual merchandising guidelines
