Job Summary :
We are seeking result-driven Sales Associates for our fast-paced retail locations that can provide our customers with fast, friendly, and high-quality service. The Sales Associate is responsible for a variety of retail functions, such as performing cashier duties, checking, and stocking inventory, general cleaning, and performing opening, mid-shift and closing duties as needed. This position also requires the preparation and serving of FriendShip food items at locations where food is served.
Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Provide Wicked Awesome Customer Service (WACS) to our customers each day.
- Maintain outstanding guest service standards, product knowledge and all other components of guest services.
- Assists in receiving, placing, monitoring and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
- Identifies and communicates merchandising and sales floor operational opportunities to Store Management staff.
- Maintain interior and exterior store appearance according to company housekeeping standards.
- Work with the Deli Manager to understand and execute proper deli food preparation and storage procedures.
- Adherence to Company policy and procedures is required.
- Regular attendance is required.
- Safely operate store equipment.
- Operation of cash register and responsibility for cash accountability.
- Completes shift paperwork and other paperwork, such as : price changes, transfers, etc. as directed by Supervisor.
- Job responsibilities may change at any time due to business needs.
