Job Summary & Responsibilities
- Sources, screens, and interviews potential job candidates for open positions spanning multiple industries on our Direct Placement Recruitment team
- Processes multiple open job requisitions at a time
- Compiles written candidate profile to present to clients
- Coordinates with account managers and hiring manager to determine job requirements and best recruiting process for open positions
- Extends verbal and written job offers, while coaching candidate through negotiation and acceptance
- Generates potential business leads and has the ability to work as a 360 degree Recruiter working to fill open roles, with the option to build your own client list as well
- Uses Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates and job stages
- Develops and maintains network of both active and passive candidates
- Utilizes various resources to identify candidates, including internal ATS, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other web platforms
