WHO WE WANT:
As a Client Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, providing exceptional support to our Client Service Manager and assisting the firm’s Financial Advisors in various administrative wealth management tasks. You will be instrumental in setting the tone for our business, ensuring that clients have a positive experience through your friendly and helpful interactions. The candidate must be detail oriented and be able to work with various technology platforms. Working closely with our staff, you will ensure that client service tasks are met. WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Assist with the preparation of financial planning information and solutions.
- Provide friendly and exceptional customer service.
- Process new accounts, transfers, contributions, redemptions, and beneficiary changes accurately and efficiently.
- Assist financial advisors with follow-ups related to prospective clients.
- Assist operations manager and financial advisors with client action items and follow-ups.
- Assist in research and development of client presentations.
- Implement and review financial plans to meet client needs and requirements.
- Assist financial advisors with the preparation of their wealth management and financial planning strategy presentations.
- Data entry and use financial software programs.
- Assist financial advisors with the promotion of strategies that are suitable for our targeted clients.
- Adhere to company and industry guidelines and policies.
- Run regular reports to ensure systematic client plans are in order.
- Analyze reporting for plan peculiarities and missing data.
- Prioritize time-sensitive tasks and maintain task order.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals.
- Interact with custodians/financial institutions to meet client goals and troubleshoot issues.
- Stay organized with pending items, follow-ups, and deadlines.
- Pay attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Learn different platforms and possess basic tech knowledge.
- Utilize Microsoft Office/Drive proficiently.
- Actively participate in meetings, training, and continuing education.
- Assist Wealth Advisors and Client Service Manager as needed.
- Handle miscellaneous operational activities to support the smooth functioning of the firm.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

In addition to the above qualifications, the following are preferred but not required:
- Bachelor's degree, currently enrolled and in good standing to receive a bachelor’s degree or experience in a relevant field (preferred).
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients, financial planning degrees, designations, or relevant experience, including expertise in retirement planning, tax planning, asset protection, and estate planning (a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, financial planning systems, portfolio management software, and financial custodian platforms (preferred).
- Active Series 65 or 66 license, financial planning degrees, designations, or experience (a plus).
- Must have a clean regulatory and financial history.
