Job Description
Northwestern Mutual Red Bank is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to support our rapidly growing financial planning & wealth management practice. As a Client Service Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, facilitating applications and underwriting for insurance products, assisting in the opening of investment accounts, and providing exceptional service to our existing clients. Your role will involve communicating via email and phone with both existing and prospective clients, as well as collaborating with team members on various aspects of the financial planning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the application and underwriting process for life, disability, and long-term care insurance products
- Assist clients in opening new investment accounts
- Provide outstanding service to manage and maintain existing client accounts
- Communicate effectively via email and phone with existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall financial planning experience for our clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree strongly encouraged, but minimally must have an Associate's degree and/or military experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Preferred Qualifications
- Some experience in financial services and/or banking is ideal but not required
Salary & Benefits
- Salary range: $40,000-$45,000 per year
