We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process across our global teams, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements. You will develop and execute customized recruitment strategies, leveraging innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent. As a key ambassador of our employer brand, you will promote our company culture and values to prospective candidates.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process from job requisition through to candidate offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Build strong relationships with hiring managers across the organization to understand specific business needs, team dynamics, and role requirements, ensuring alignment throughout the recruitment process.
- Customized Recruitment Plans: Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, fill roles quickly, and meet the unique demands of each business unit.
- Innovative Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and databases, to proactively identify and engage top candidates across diverse markets.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to continuously drive improvements in recruitment strategies and optimize the overall hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Champion and promote the company’s employer brand to prospective candidates, ensuring a positive and consistent message is communicated throughout the recruitment process.
- Offer Negotiation: Lead offer negotiations, close candidates effectively, and ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding, providing an exceptional experience for all new hires.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on global talent acquisition and managing cross-regional recruitment efforts.
- Proven track record of developing and executing customized recruitment plans that attract top talent and align with business needs.
- Expertise in utilizing innovative sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and databases, to find high-quality candidates.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Experience managing recruitment processes across multiple regions and understanding local market trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
