About the Role
This is a full-time position on our 2nd shift with a .50 cent shift premium. You'll work within a team environment and be responsible for assembling parts using machines and hand tools. We offer necessary training to ensure you excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts using machines and hand tools
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions
- Follow detailed procedures and perform quality control checks
- Communicate and work effectively within a team
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Learn new skills, terminology, equipment, and techniques as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- A High school diploma or GED
- Attention to detail
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components
- Physical stamina and strength
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Able to perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods of time
- Mechanical and technical skills a plus
- Previous manufacturing experience a plus
