What you’d be doing: Our Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of Beckley’s retail parts store. In addition to supervising, mentoring, and training Parts Associates, you will regularly communicate with RV manufacturers, vendors, and service department staff to ensure prompt receipt of parts and timely completion of work orders. You will also work directly with customers and assist them in finding the RV parts and/or accessories that enhance their RV lifestyle. As part of this process, you will be responsible for ordering, stocking, and tracking inventory as well as projecting future inventory demands and working collaboratively with other management and departments at all of Beckley’s RVs locations.

What we’re looking for:

• Self-motivated go-getters with a solid work history who thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in retail parts sales, preferably within the RV industry
• Management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a team
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the position and the company, and willingness to learn and perform tasks that may be outside of your typical responsibilities
• Proficiency with MS Office, web-based applications, and the ability to easily learn dealer-specific software (IDS experience preferred)
• Ability to perform physical demands of the job: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Position requires walking, lifting, carrying heavy objects, bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time, as well as occasionally operating a forklift (forklift experience is helpful but not required)

What you need to know: Saturday hours are required, and you will have a scheduled weekday off. We are closed on Sundays. Pay consists of a base salary plus commission, with total earnings expected to be $60,000 – $90,000 per year.
