Job Description:
- The Quality Control Supervisor will oversee management and technical support for Incoming Inspection and Manufacturing QC departments.
- This role will work closely with the Quality Group to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- The Quality Control Supervisor will lead and develop the Quality Control Technicians team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience or Master's degree with 3 years, or relevant job experience.
- Direct experience working in a Quality role or testing lab, preferably in a FDA regulated environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to manage team by influence.
- Fundamental knowledge of medical industry practices.
