Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installing custom cabinetry, molding, countertops, and wood/laminate casework; must be able to install cabinets and countertops with the most difficult angles, dimensions, and sizes.
- Oversee the installation team to ensure Company standards are being upheld.
- Cut all moldings, scribes, and other intricate designs for jobs.
- Complete most intricate cuts, miters, and bevels.
- Communicates with contractors and homeowners effectively.
- Make final decisions regarding all work team members complete.
- Develops and trains lower-level team members.
- Determines the amount of WTF left for jobs and completes WTF sheets to include all items that need to be completed, made, or ordered.
- Other duties as assigned.
