Job Summary:
Becks Quality Cabinets is a leading custom cabinet shop specializing in designing, manufacturing, and delivering high-quality custom cabinets for residential and commercial clients. As Project Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to oversee and support the internal aspects of custom cabinet projects. You will work closely with different departments, including design, production, and installation, to ensure that projects progress efficiently and meet quality standards. Your focus will be on back-end details, documentation, and process management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Documentation and Records:
· Maintain organized project files and documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and specifications.
· Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of project details.
2. Communication Facilitation:
· Serve as a liaison between project teams, ensuring effective communication and information flow.
· Relay project updates, changes, and requirements to relevant personnel.
3. Quality Control:
· Monitor project progress to ensure that work meets quality standards and specifications.
· Identify and address any issues that may impact project quality.
4. Issue Resolution:
· Assist in resolving project-related issues, conflicts, and obstacles.
· Collaborate with team members to find solutions and keep projects on track.
Skills:
- Previous experience In project coordination, administration, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
