We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to enhance our project coordinator process. You will be tracking all points of customer engagement, addressing customer queries, and identifying ways to improve our customer services. To ensure success as a project coordinator, you should exhibit in-depth knowledge of customer engagement channels and experience in the aviation and avionics industry. A top-notch project coordinator will be someone whose expertise results in excellent customer relationship management and a positive brand image.
Duties:
· Proactively collaborates with customers, establishing a foundation for positive interaction. Acting as a customer ambassador for Kubick and providing high-quality customer experience.
· Builds rapport with customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person.
· Respond to customer questions regarding the status of current work orders.
· Resolve concerns from customers during the work order process.
· Align customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives, as well as informing customers about new products and services available for upgrades.
· Identify customer needs and take initiative-taking steps to maintain positive experience.
· Maintain the customer engagement process in the CRM platform and continually innovate to create operational efficiency and optimize internal user experience.
· Document processes and log technical issues, as well as customer complaints and complaints.
· Regular communications with internal stakeholders such as maintenance, sales, and avionics teams to identify opportunities in the customer experience process.
· Ensuring the customer experience strategies are aligned to the larger marketing and business goals.
· Keeping informed of industry trends and new aviation and avionics technologies.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business management, or in a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years' experience in project coordination/customer service, in the aviation and avionics field preferred.
- Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels. Ability to follow a work order through from start to finish. Making sure each customer is kept up to date on project status until completion.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Experience with CRM technologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
- Great organizational and time management abilities.
- Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.
· Occasionally moves boxes weighing up to 50 pounds across the office for various needs.
· Bending and stooping on occasion.
· Standing and walking for periods of time.
· Good hand-eye coordination with good peripheral vision
