What You’ll Be Doing

• Builds and assembles hydraulic components and equipment as specified using technical documents including engineering drawings, manuals, and blueprints.
• Disassembly of machines and prepare for shipping.
• Read and understand company policies.
• 5S familiar

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years’ hydraulic systems and equipment experience
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to build and assemble hydraulic equipment using engineering drawings, manuals and technical documents
• Have the ability to read schematics
• Hydraulic schematics a plus
• Pneumatics experience a plus
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to weld a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Start up/troubleshooting of systems a plus
• Must be a team player and self-starter
• Strong communications
• Customer focused

Work Environment

This position operates in an office environment with equal time in the plant.  The employee is regularly exposed to a variety of conditions within the plant.  The noise level is usually moderate.  Will be exposed to manufacturing conditions including heat in the summer months and cold in the winter months.
