As we scale, we need a Senior Copywriter to help us craft compelling and effective copy that engages and expands our audience and drives conversions. 


About the Role: 

This is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced copywriting professional with 5 years of relevant experience in brand strategy, content creation, and conversion-focused copy. You won’t just be writing—you’ll be shaping the foundation of how our voice amplifies our mission and resonates with our community. Your work will be threefold:

  • Brand Amplification: Lead the expansion of a clear, consistent, and compelling brand voice across all digital platforms.
  • Product Copy: Create engaging, conversion-focused content for our digital product suite.
  • Educational & Marketing Content: Write copy for onboarding flows, emails, product tutorials, marketing campaigns, pitch emails, and social media to support user engagement and growth.


This isn’t just a creative role—it’s a strategic, storytelling, and research-driven role. Working with the rest of our digital and marketing team, you’ll build, analyze, and leverage copy to inform decisions across marketing, product development, content strategy, and customer engagement.


What You’ll Do: 


Brand Messaging & Strategy

  • Help lead messaging voice and tone, ensuring consistency across all written communications.
  • Develop messaging frameworks that support brand strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to create cohesive messaging that drives engagement and conversions.


Product Copywriting:

  • Write clear, concise, and conversion-focused product copy for our digital product suite. 
  • Create educational content for onboarding flows, product tutorials, and user guides that improve adoption and retention.
  • Support A/B testing for new features and optimize messaging based on data insights.


Content Creation & Optimization:

  • Develop engaging, persuasive, and conversion-driven copy for a wide range of platforms, including websites, pitch emails, email campaigns, social media, and educational content.
  • Leverage data and user insights to iterate on copy and optimize performance.
  • Provide editorial support for blog posts, newsletters, white papers, and thought leadership pieces.


Who You Are:

  • Experienced and energized: You have worked on successful brand messaging campaigns and have a proven track record of copywriting that drives conversions. 
  • Strategic & Hands-On: You understand how to develop and expand a brand voice strategy and can execute it yourself.
  • A Copywriting Storyteller: You don’t just write; you turn ideas into compelling narratives that drive action.
  • Scrappy Yet Scalable: You balance fast, effective copy solutions with long-term brand consistency.
  • Excited by Behavioral Insights: You love exploring what makes people tick and how to craft messages that resonate deeply.
  • 5 years of experience in copywriting, brand strategy, or content creation, ideally in self-development, SaaS, or educational technology.

  • Experience with platforms like google analytics and Klaviyo.
  • Familiarity with the Becoming You Methodology and a passion for personal development and self-discovery.
  • Background in psychology, wellness, career coaching, or personal development.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with A/B testing.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
