The Industrial Systems Specialist will play a key role in the maintenance and troubleshooting of complex electromechanical systems used in the production process. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical principles, as well as experience with automation controls software.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment and electronic, electrical, or similar function. Experience working with Allen Bradley PLCs is preferred.
In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. The ability to work independently and under pressure, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality, is essential.
