We're seeking a skilled Technical Associate to join our team and work with innovative equipment while maintaining high-quality production standards. As a Technical Associate, you will be responsible for the following :
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Operating, optimizing, and maintaining assigned production equipment
- Meeting and exceeding production standards while maintaining product quality
- Minimizing and preventing equipment downtime and sustaining budgeted waste levels
- Maintaining accurate equipment logs and recording downtime and maintenance problems
- Performing preventative maintenance on equipment
- Starting up equipment and ensuring accurate functioning
- Monitoring component inventories and safety guards
- Maintaining a neat and orderly production environment
- Monitoring in-process quality and addressing issues as needed
- Performing required Q.C. checks and process challenges
- Following safety and environmental procedures and Quality System Requirements
- Supporting upstream and downstream operations
- Performing rework as required
- Working optimally in a team environment
