At the core of Bectran's mission, our Customer Success Department plays a pivotal role. This team is instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction from the initial product demonstration to ongoing support post-implementation. As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be involved in crucial aspects of SaaS Product Implementation, Product Management & Strategy, and providing both Technical and Business Support to our clients.

What You Will Do:

· Lead and support customer onboarding and implementation for the Bectran platform.

· Collaborate in product enhancement by understanding customer needs and crafting tailored features/workflows.

· Prioritize product development based on customer feedback and software development cycles.

· Conduct engaging product demonstrations for potential clients using online conferencing tools.

· Provide comprehensive customer support to existing clients via phone, email, or support tickets.

What You Need to Be Successful:

· Bachelor's degree.

· 1-3 years of experience in a technical or business client-facing role (Preferred but not required).

· Strong passion for application functionality and design.

· A natural ability to understand and articulate software features.

· Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

· Exceptional communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

In accordance with Illinois' pay transparency requirements, we are committed to providing clear compensation information. The pay range for this position is $60k-$70k annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges are subject to change based on evolving market conditions or business needs.
