Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Estate Manager or House Manager
- Budgeting experience
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Manage the staff of the estate, including hiring, training, and setting performance goals
- Ensure efficient operation of the estate, including managing the property, equipment, and any other assets
- Oversee all maintenance, repairs, and renovations to the estate
- Ensure that guests have everything they need
- Develop and implement plans for the upkeep and maintenance of the estate
- Monitor the financial performance of the estate and ensure that all expenses are within budget
- Ensure that all safety and security protocols are being followed
- Serve as the primary contact for any questions or concerns regarding the estate
