Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various maintenance tasks, ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct repairs related to plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units.
- Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
- Execute General Repairs at our Warehouse Facility.
- Read and interpret schematics for effective repairs and installations.
- Fabricate parts or components when necessary using welding techniques.
- Use an ohmmeter and other tools to diagnose electrical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Perform building improvements such as painting, equipment assembly, installation of fixtures, etc.
- Perform maintenance on production equipment as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in maintenance roles with a focus on mechanical knowledge.
- Familiarity with logic controllers, electrical systems, schematics, and .
- Proficient in English for clear communication with team members and management.
