Location: 900 S Dayton St. Kennewick, WA 9936
Pay: $16.66 $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | 7:30 AM 3:30 PM
Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping facilities clean, safe, and functional? Columbia Ability Alliance is seeking a reliable and hardworking Facilities Maintenance Worker to join our team on a part-time basis.
What Youll Do:
As a key member of our Facilities team, youll help with a variety of general maintenance tasks, including:
- Performing light repairs, basic plumbing, painting, and upkeep
- Conducting inspections and identifying issues needing attention
- Setting up for events and moving furniture or supplies as needed
- Assisting with janitorial support and ensuring safety standards
- Responding to staff maintenance requests in a timely manner
What Were Looking For:
- Basic maintenance and repair knowledge
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Must be dependable and able to lift/move items up to 50 lbs
