What You’ll Do
As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations and partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:
Operations Responsibilities
- Managing furniture and refrigerator rental programs at partner schools according to our systems.
- Hiring, training, and supervising local interns and labor groups at partner schools.
- Ensuring customer service issues are resolved professionally and in a timely manner.
- Driving a 26’ box truck for product delivery (training provided, CDL not needed).
Account Management Responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with university partners to ensure customer satisfaction and account growth.
- Prospecting for new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Managing account information using our CRM software.
- Securing contract renewals and expanding partnerships with existing schools.
Day to day Responsibilities
- Hiring, training, and managing operational staff as needed.
- Overseeing shipping, receiving, and fleet vehicle maintenance.
Who You Are

- Physically able to assist with operations during peak seasons.
- Comfortable working long hours during peak times (May, August) and traveling frequently.
- Able to work independently and create actionable plans from broad directives.
- Valid driver’s license required.

Travel Requirements
