Key Responsibilities :
1. Pack and Wrap / Loading / Unloading :
- Follow instructions from the Department Manager, completing tasks efficiently and reporting back with questions or updates.
- Prepare and track all required materials, equipment, and hardware for assigned projects.
- Create bills of lading using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Wrap, protect, and package finished millwork to ensure safe transport and delivery.
- Assist in unloading deliveries and distributing materials to appropriate departments.
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
- Communicate completion timelines for assigned project elements.
- Ensure products meet quality standards before advancing to the next production stage.
