Floor Technician Key Duties
- Maintains all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing though out the facility.
- Properly and safely operate various pieces of equipment such as extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, steam machine.
- Maintains equipment in good working condition and stores properly in designated location after each use.
- Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 1-2 years long-term care of healthcare experienced preferred.
- Must have verbal and written communication skills.
