Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Equipment Operators and CDL drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy machinery on construction sites, including but not limited to dozers, excavators, and trackloaders. This role involves various tasks such as site work, excavating, and equipment operation, contributing to the successful completion of construction projects.
We are willing to train entry-level applicants and assist in earning their CDL.
Duties
- Operate heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, and trackloaders safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members on construction site activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in building structures as directed by project managers.
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- CDL is recommended
- If you do not have CDL, we will help train qualified candidates toward earning the CDL
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
