Influencer Marketing & PR Manager

Role Description:

Bedshe International, a leading player in the home textile sector with over 40 years of industry excellence, is looking for a talented Marketing & PR Manager for our pet division. Your primary responsibility will be to lead strategy and execution for consumer-facing influencers and celebrities, content creators, industry experts, and other like-minded brand partners.

This is a hybrid position with a minimum of 3 days in the NYC office. This position reports to the Director of Brand Marketing and will collaborate with our internal teams and external partners in Social Media, Paid Advertising, PR (you will be the liaison with our agency), Creative Services and Earned Media to develop dynamic creative solutions that drive business performance for our brands.

As part of your role, you will:

· Lead, scale, and execute our Influencer & Celebrity marketing, Affiliate Partnerships, and Brand Ambassador Program to increase our reach, engagement, and traffic and grow our community overall.

· Source and vet new opportunities/influencer targets, lock them in, scale them, and manage the ongoing relationships with all creators and their respective agents.

· Develop and execute full-scale influencer campaigns that support brand initiatives with defined objectives and KPIs with measurable business impact.

· Work cross-functionally with brands’ social media, advertising, marketing, and creative teams to fuel departmental needs and ensure that influencer selection, messaging, trackable links, and deliverables are aligned with overall business and campaign goals.

· Execute all campaigns to ensure timely delivery of influencer assets and coordinate logistics based on talent contracts.

· Take ownership of the influencer budget for all relevant campaigns including setting the budget, monitoring it, and ensuring each initiative stays within it.

· Develop influencer campaign briefs including defined deliverables, KPIs, and messaging requirements for US and global influencer partnerships.

· Negotiate, manage, and execute all contracts with affiliates, influencers, and content creation partnerships.

· Partner with the social media team on content strategy to incorporate Influencer-generated content and help ideate/support collaborations, giveaways, and other promotional events.

· Continuously engage and cultivate long-term, meaningful relationships with Bedsure and Lesure's network of influencer communities to create strong brand advocates and “always on” programs.

· Work alongside PR to plan and execute engaging influencer and press events.

· Produce detailed campaign-specific briefs, recaps, and performance reports for all categories of influencer initiatives that track all key KPIs while measuring the effectiveness of strategies and events.

· Audit social media coverage to ensure that posts are consistent with industry guidelines and brand messaging.

· Maintain key knowledge and best practices of various social media platforms with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

· Manage day-to-day communication with the PR agency, fulfilling media requests such as shipping products, credit checks, data input, etc.

· Support PR & influencer events from concept to execution and work together with the agency to facilitate mailers, press previews, and other activations

About you:

The ideal candidate:

• Is passionate about home decor and pets
• 5-7 years of experience working in influencer marketing is a must
• BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge, understanding, and proficiency of all social media platforms-
• Proven experience with tracking/reporting
• Strong project management and multi-tasking skills, including the ability to align and collaborate cross-functionally
• A highly organized doer with an exceptional ability to multitask, who will take initiative and execute
• Ability to cultivate genuine long-term relationships
