Tree Care Sales Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales management skills and a passion for arboriculture.

Duties

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Analyze market trends and client feedback to improve service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to foster long-term relationships and ensure continued support.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales management or a similar role
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services based on client needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
