Home Care Agency in Clayton, NC, seeks a part-time administrative assistant to work Approximarty 20 hours weekly, Monday through Thursday.
Part-Time Job Description
Duties Include, but are NOT limited to:
Answering incoming phone calls from current and potential clients and employees. Provide verbal direction and solutions for caller questions and concerns
Experience with “Ring Central” or other phone apps would be a plus
Scheduling and conducting employee interviews
Employee orientation and onboarding
Verifying employment eligibility status of new hires
Organizing and auditing employee and client folders
Performing data entry
Maintaining a file system
Qualifications
Minimum 1 (one) year of working in an office setting
Professional, dependable, and able to work well independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Cloud-based programs, and general computer technology skills
Able to operate office equipment - computers, printers, shredders, scanners, Ring Central
Organizational skills and the ability to streamline processes are a must!
Conflict resolution skills
Solution-based versus problem-based communications
Confident and comfortable talking on the phone
Able to navigate stairs – office on the second floor
Able to lift 25 lbs.
Experience
Previous clerical or administrative experience required
Working hours
Monday - Thursday
Up to 20 hours per week
