At Bee Cave Acupuncture and Nutrition we are passionate about what we do and are are eager to help our patients be healthy, live better and enjoy fully!

We are looking for an office assistant to work a full time position from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and update records and reports ensuring accuracy and validity of information

Schedule customers appointments

Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages

Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and team

Maintain tidiness of the reception, surrounding areas and treatment rooms.

SKILLS:

Must have a friendly, positive and outgoing attitude with excellent customer service skills.

  • Proven experience as a back-office assistant, front office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to learn computer softwares used at the clinic
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good multitasker
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Dependable and detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multi–task while remaining flexible and efficient.
Must be energetic, resourceful and highly organized
Must be a team player and have a great work ethic.
Spanish speaking a plus'
