What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative / Customer Service position at Bee Line Cable Broadband Solution?
Temporary Full Time Employment. For approximately 6 months
Answering incoming calls, processing payments and service requests in a fast paced busy office environment. Waiting on walk in customers either by processing payments or taking request for any type of service order.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by learning in house tools and methods
Handle customer inquiries about service and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
