Job Overview:
Bee Sweet Citrus is seeking an optimistic, organized and motivated student who is currently pursuing a degree in Agriculture Communications or Mass Communications and Journalism (MCJ) to assist with the company’s communications department. This internship will require a minimum of 15 hours a week. Internships typically last three months, however, this internship may be extended based on your 90-day evaluation.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with all matters relating to social media, including but not limited to:
- Social listening
- Social analytics
- Social strategies
- Content creation
- Editing videography and photography
- Assist with newsletter content & email marketing
- Assist with all communications project(s) pertaining to employee and grower relations
- Assist with various company and industry-wide events, including but not limited to:
- Tours
- On-site employee events
- Trade show development
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong foundation in English literacy and grammar
- Familiar with AP style of writing
- Proficient with platforms such as Canva, Lightroom, Hootsuite, and Promo
- Has a foundation in editing videography and photography in social media apps and supporting platforms
- Must be willing to collaborate and communicate effectively with all departments
- Strong preference for someone bilingual in English/Spanish
Experience
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a degree in Agriculture Communications, Mass Communication & Journalism (MCJ), or related degrees
- $17.50 per hour
