What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Producer, Internal Events + Programs position at Bee Talent Solutions?
We’re looking for an Associate Producer, Internal Events Programs to help support some of our client's largest and most strategic internal moments. You’ll help create experiences that inspire and encourage connection, play, product engagement, and cultural alignment for users around the world. You’ll support the team on several internal events, tournaments, and programs, using your skills to help manage logistics, and the attendee experience and deliver on our overall objectives. You’ll work alongside partners across the organization (Internal Comms, Security, Technology, Esports, Game Teams, Data, Travel, Workplace Experience, and more), as well as build working relationships with vendors.
Responsibilities :
- Support various internal culture and corporate experiences as needed (things like product engagement events, hackathons, internal playtests, and esports watch parties), including areas such as food & beverage, swag, registration, transportation, furniture, decor, signage, live production, experiential, and more.
- Monitor and upkeep key program and event communication channels as needed.
- Manage production and execution timelines, milestones, and tasks for work streams you own; Work cross-functionally to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are identified and managed day-to-day to successfully meet expectations and overall goals.
- Collaborate with leads and stakeholders to align around the desired end result. Ensure partners and vendors are delivering quality results that align with event strategy.
- Serve as an on-site event coordinator, vendor liaison, troubleshooter, and logistics manager as necessary.
