Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Internal Events Programs Associate Producer :
- Support various internal culture and corporate experiences as needed, including product engagement events, hackathons, internal playtests, and esports watch parties.
- Assist with managing registration, matchmaking, bracket building, rules, comms, swag, and more for Riot Rumble, our internal tournament(s) for our client's games.
- Manage production and execution timelines, milestones, and tasks for work streams you own.
- Collaborate with leads and stakeholders to align around the desired end result.
- Serve as an on-site event coordinator, vendor liaison, troubleshooter, and logistics manager as necessary.
