As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll :
- Design and implement customized candidate recruiting plans, partnering closely with business stakeholders to achieve the best results possible while maximizing the candidate experience.
- Find and engage unique and / or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques and manage full-cycle operations.
- Collaborate with the broader team to promote the company’s reputation as the best place to work.
- Bring a solid understanding of the competitive landscape today for software and autonomy recruiting.
- Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
