Immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative at our Happy Tails Pet Lodge location.
Excellent organizational, communication, people and computer skills are a must. Must be professional and have the ability to work independently and as a team.
Must be dependable, enthusiastic and love animals.
Focus needs to be weekdays 7am to 6:00 pm, required weekend rotations and as needed coverage for sick, vacation and leave time.
Starting wage based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients over the phone and through digital channels.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Assist with outbound calling initiatives to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications as needed.
