Essential Responsibilities (including but not limited):
- Audit clinical records and agency processes to ensure compliance.
- Present Audit data to leadership in concise reports.
- Monitor ODMHAS and ODJFS regulations to stay current with regulatory changes.
- Train and educate clinical leadership on documentation changes and deficiencies.
- Document standard operating procedures.
- Participate on agency committees.
- Process incidents reports.
- Provide training on Incident Reporting procedures/process.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Joint Commission Behavioral Health Standards, Ohio MHAS and ODJFS rules
- Knowledge and/or experience with behavioral health programs and clinical functions
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to learn and explore new features in software
- Attention to detail and superior organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking
- Auditing experience
A plus!
- Experience with Credible (Electronic Medical Record – EMR)
- Licensed (LSW, LPC, etc.)
